An easy way to get kids to eat Cauliflower.

I made mashed potatoes the other day. And do you know what was hidden in those mashed potatoes? Cauliflower. Yep. If you boil the cauliflower until it's way soft, you can just blend it right in with the potatoes, and you can't even taste it. Magic! My kids don't like cauliflower, but sometimes I get sick of broccoli and carrots. This was they get their cruciferous veggies, and are none the wiser.

Hmmm... and how much is this secret worth to keeping your girls uninformed?

have you ever seen that show where the mom and dad have twins and sextuplets?? She wisely talks about hiding vegetables in her food such as carrots and stuff like that in meatloaf and whatnot. See you are a wise woman if you do the same thing as John and Kate plus 8.

I think I may try this with Paul since he is just a very large child.

Gabe: I would be willing to pay you large sums of money to keep this secret, but only if you were living close enough to have access to my children. Too bad for you!

Kalli: I think all husbands are just large children. My husband refused to eat Nutella for years. Then the other night, he had a cookie with Nutella in the middle, and wondered what is was that was so good. He now understands my joy in eating Nutella with a spoon. Really we just have to treat them like 3 year olds without them knowing. BTW, I'm having your quesedillas for dinner tonight.
